Bachelor of Science, Business Administration: Accounting degree, from California State University, Hayward. A Sr. Lead Financial Analyst for Kaiser Permanente Hospitals. Has a passion for helping the minority youth of the Bay Area reach their goals. As a founding Board member of the "Dress for Success" program, Cecil empowered youth to embellish a dress style that epitomizes success in their future.

Engineering Physicist at Stanford University National Accelerator Laboratory - I'm passionate about solving various technical challenges and writing state of the art software to run physics experiments. My ultimate goal is to become and entrepreneur in the tech industry.

James Parrish III, Board Member

University of California Davis BS-Psychology; San Francisco State University MA-Aministrative Education; MS Marriage Family Therapist & School Counseling. Serves as Middle School Principal at Benjamin Franklin Intermediate School in the Jefferson Elementary School District. As an African-American man, I understand the need for positive role models for young people in every field of human endeavor. I have dedicated my life to mentoring and support young people.

Jeff Brown, Board Member

Mississippi State University-Bachelor of Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Project Engineering Manager-Information Technology Specialist, Mojazz Enterprise, LLC. I want to utilize my experience in education, career and daily life to provide a continuum of engaged learning, research, service opportunities, and mentoring for young students.

Tyrone Guillory, Board Member

University of California, Berkeley (B.A. Business Administration). He is the Director for the Accounting Career Awareness Program which is an accounting based residency week long program that has been established to expose minority high school students to the career opportunities available in accounting, finance and other business related fields. I would like to help students by mentoring in every capacity.

John Norman, Board Member
He has completed course work in the fields of Communication, Recreation & Leisure at California State University Eastbay and Leadership Saint Mary’s College of California. Over the past (12) years John has worked within various non-profit youth development organizations that consist of: YMCA, LEAPS After-School Program, Hayward Parks & Recreation District and Boys & Girls Club.
