Tyrone has a drive and passion to mentor, connect, develop, and find the best in anyone he meets. He currently serves as Director of Strategic Sourcing at Kinship, a business division of Mars Petcare.

Frederic is an experienced Diversity and Inclusion professional, skilled in helping students in underserved and under resourced communities, overcome social and learning barriers to achieve their goals. 


Mical Cayton


Mical's passion stems from an unwavering belief that a strong systematic approach to youth development is the answer to the call-of-service for the 21st century, especially for youth at-risk.
